I've decided to try out a new hobby: wood carving. I've honestly been really interested in it for a really long time, but only recently actually wanted to give it a try. So after I pick up some knives and whatever sort of tools I may need, I'll find a good-sized log in the woods and see what I can or can't do! If I happen to like whatever it turns out to be, it will probably make it's way here, but I wouldn't count on it.

Sorry I haven't posted anything recently. I have a part-time job that obviously takes up my entire life 24/7, so I literally have no time to post any writings or photos, but I have enough time to write a journal entry that implies that a large number of people actually view my work.

I'll be blatantly honest: I don't like Shakespeare's work. I think his stories and other writings are just stupid. Don't get me wrong, it's not for the language and because I can't understand it. I happen to think the language used is...I won't say cool, but more along the lines of interesting. And no, , my reasoning is not for the hatred of anyone/ My reasoning for not liking Shakespeare is because it's not my style. It doesn't catch my attention. It doesn't draw me in and tie me to the words. Honestly, the only reason I think anyone really likes Shakespeare is because it's constantly forced upon us in school, so we're almost taught to enjoy it. That doesn't mean I do. I have an opinion about what I like to read, and Shakespeare's work just doesn't fall into any category. So sorry if my opinion doesn't match up to yours.
